PERSONAL PROFILE OF MR. EYITEMI, KUNLE EZEKIEL.

Mr. Eyitemi, Kunle was born in the south western state of Ondo shortly after the Nation got it's independence in 1960.

He attended Local Authority Primary School at Okefara, a suburb village close to Okitipupa between where out of the 60 pupils that passed out of Primary Six, Mr. Eyitemi was one of the 6 pupils that had the old Primary Six School Leaving Certificate. After much effort (due to the poor financial position of his parents), Mr. Eyitemi gained admission into the popular Comprehensive High School, Ilutitun. He graduated out of the school with distinction in all his 9 subjects except one in 1983.

When Kunle was in Comprehensive, he was an Asset to the school. This earned him the Senior Prefect of the school for the academic year 1982/83 session. In the year 1983, he gained admission into the University of Ife, Ile Ife ,where he obtained his Bachelor Degree in social Sciences in the year 1988.

After his National Youth Service in 1989, Mr. Eyitemi joined Josmos Ventures Ltd (an Information Technology outfit) as the Business Manager. So, Mr. Eyitemi’s managerial skill commenced its development in a rapid manner with the exposure he had with Josmos Ventures Ltd.

While in Josmos Ventures Ltd; Mr. Eyitemi went through series of training in Computer appreciations, installations and programming. He also went through an intensive training in Computer applications in MEMCO COMPANY NIG. LTD. (an information Technology outfit). All these series of training enhanced the performance of Mr. Eyitemi as the Business Manager of Josmos Ventures Ltd.

Mr. Eyitemi took part in virtually every decision taken concerning the day to day activities of Josmos. He even represented the Managing Director, Mr. J.O. Ewele, in many crucial meetings that bother on decision taking.

In the year 1994, Mr. Eyitemi disengaged from Josmos Ventures Ltd to incorporate FOLLY-YEM ALLIED SERVICES LTD.

Meanwhile, Mr Eyitemi pursued and acquired Post graduate Academic and professional qualifications as stated below:

Post Graduate Diploma in Computer application 1992
Chartered Institute of Taxation (Associate Member) 2000
Chartered Institute of Taxation (Practicing License) 2003
Master in Banking & Finance (MBF) 2004

ACHIEVEMENTS

Set up a point of sales environment where all kinds and types of POS equipment can be aquired.
Developing tax template for the Taxation of Oil Servicing Company.
Organizing seminars and workshops for the Economy Empowerment of would-be professionals in Nigeria.
Set up Folly-Yem Allied Services Ltd; which specializes in Point Of Sales Equipment, Accessories and office Machines.
Acquisition of training and certifications in operation and programming of Point Of Sales softwares and Equipment in United Kingdom, Germany and South Korea.

Mr. Eyitemi, as the Chairman/CEO of FOLLY-YEM ALLIED SERVICES LTD., has put in place a management structure in which each department, that is, Technical, Administrative, marketing and Finance are being manned by competent and qualified Managers. This management style has enabled him to travel Oversea from time to time to explore more Business opportunities and to meet with existing partners all over the world.

Mr. Eyitemi Kunle, as a licensed Tax Consultant, registered FOLLY-YEM CONSULTANTS. In the year 2003. This outfit is staffed with competent Professionals in Taxations and Financial matters. Mostly the outfit provides Financial and Tax Consultancy services to Oil and Gas sector, manufacturing companies and other Public and Private Companies.
